I replaced the logic board once already a few months before they started doing the official free replacements. I have never seen my CPU usage have less than 50-60% idle, and my memory usage never goes above 12GB. When I unplug the external monitor I can load videos just fine actually (using either the discrete or the integrated card.

Also I run an external monitor constantly so it's always using the discrete graphics card. I have a good internet connection so I don't think that's the problem. Loading images on reddit has become super slow. Instagram I can scroll down about 2 pages before it starts to get glitchy and slow to load. Now I can barely watch a Youtube video at 720p without it having to stop to load all the time or skipping frames or downgrading to like 240p. My computer was doing great up until about last year when I started to notice it slowing down significantly. I have a 2011 Macbook Pro 15 Early w/ the 2.2GHz i7, 16GB 1600 MHz ram, the AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024MB graphics card, and a Intel 530 240GB SSD.

I know this is probably a dumb question about an old computer, but I figured I'd just ask.
